Owner

Early Childhood Education has always been my passion and therefore career since I left school.  After completing my Bachelor of ECE and working in the Education system for a while, I was fortunate enough to marry into a family who owned childcare, and as they say the rest is history. I have completed further professional development in Reggio Emilia, Italy and training in educating adults.  I really enjoy being able to come into the centres and work with the educators to extend their knowledge and then spend time with the children exploring their environment.

The experience of induction at the centre was warm and welcoming, creating a sense of comfort and belonging. From the moment I entered the centre, I was greeted with friendly smiles and enthusiastic hellos. The staff members were incredibly kind and made me feel at ease, instantly easing any nervousness or apprehension I may have had.

On my first day, I was greeted warmly and shown around the centre. The educators were very friendly and offered to help me learn. Despite being my first day, everyone starting from the coordinator to the educators made sure that I felt at home. It was the best possible induction that any centre could give to its new employee.

The staff members at the centre went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and supported. They took the time to explain the induction process, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Their genuine interest in my well-being was evident, and they made sure I knew that I was in a safe and supportive environment.
